Wales defeating Turkey winning the UEFA Euro 2020 Group A Matchday 2 at Baku’s Olympic Stadium on Wednesday 16 June 2021. The victory giving an added boost to Wales towards qualifying for the European Championship knockout stages. Wales reaching 4 points after the draw against Switzerland on Matchday 1.   On Matchday 3, Wales will face Italy and Turkey will face Switzerland.

Good news for the Serie A when Juventus midfielder playing for Wales scored the opening goal in the 42nd minute. Ramsey defeating Turkey goalkeeper with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Gareth Bale.

Wales scoring for the 2-0 in the 95th minute. Connor Roberts sealing the victory delivering a right footed shot to the center. The assist is by Gareth Bale following a corner conceded by Çaglar Söyüncü.
