🏆👉 Juventus humiliated failed to win the Champions League Group Stage – Group H Matchday 2 game against Benfica at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday 14 September 2022. Definitely, Juventus are going through a complicated period and are returning from a draw with controversies against Salernitana. Now, another slap. Benfica comeback, Juventus 2-1.  Juventus are still without points  while Paris Saint Germain and Benfica share 6 points each.

Juventus took the lead in the 4th minute with Arkadiusz Milik. Benfica made a comeback and leveled for the 1-1 with João Mário on a penalty in the 43rd minute. In the second half, David Neres sealed the game.

At the debut on Matchday 1, despite the good performance, Juventus lost against PSG at the Parc des Principes: to punish the Old Lady a splendid double from Mbappé, useless in the second half the goal from Weston McKennie. Juve remain with 0 points after two games.

In the next round, Juventus will play against Maccabi Haifa, Benfica will play at home against Paris Saint Germain.

In the six precedents between the two teams, the bianconeri have won only once: 3-0 in the quarter-finals of the Uefa Cup in 1992/93. A draw and four defeats complete the picture, with the Old Lady losing both previous matches with Benfica in the European Cup / Uefa Champions League in the semifinals of 1967/68.

Juventus opened the score with a fast goal in the 4th minute. Arkadiusz Milik defeated Benfica goalkeeper with a headed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Leandro Paredes.

Benfica equalized for the 1-1 in the 43rd minute. João Mário defeated Juventus goalkeeper converting a penalty with a right-footed shot to the high center. The penalty is conceded by Fabio Miretti after a foul on Gonçalo Ramos.

Benfica take the lead for the 1-2 in the 55th minute. David Neres with a left-footed shot to the bottom left corner.
