Here are the declarations of Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio after eliminating Real Madrid on May 13 and qualifying to the Champions League Final to be played on June 6 at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany
Claudio Marchisio: “Not content with winning a fourth straight Scudetto, not content with a place in the Champions League final, Il Principino’s hunger for success is insatiable. In true Juve style.”

Marchisio giving priorities by order: “Our number one target at the moment is the Coppa Italia. After that we can start thinking about the Champions League,”
So as Juventini across the globe were rushing out onto the streets to celebrate having a Champions League final to look forward to, Claudio was keeping his feet firmly on the ground.
Asked about a fan poll which showed Bianconeri supporters are confident of victory in Berlin, he replied thus: “It’s nice to know the fans are optimistic, but let’s live in the now for a bit. We’ve pulled off a great win against a top team. There’ll be time to think about the final further down the line.
Marchisio referring to the Champions League experience, “The belief we have in ourselves now is something we’ve acquired gradually, starting from the group stage. It wasn’t easy. We lost two games but afterwards we grew in stature and we showed how far we had come in Dortmund. Now we have tonight’s victory. We’ve improved a lot and have seen the results this season.”
