FIFA announcing COLOMBIA – JAPAN the match officials for the FIFA World Cup First Stage Group H game on Tuesday 19 June, 2018 at the Mordovia Arena in Saransk, Russia at 15:00 local time. It is Referee Damir Skomina from Slovenia to direct the game.

Referee Skomina will be assisted by Assistant Referee 1: Jure PRAPROTNIK (SVN) and Assistant Referee 2: Robert VUKAN (GER).  The Fourth official will be ABID CHAREF Mehdi (ALG).   The Video Assistant Referee will be MAKKELIE Danny (CUW).   The Assistant Video Assistant Referee 1 will be VAN ROEKEL Sander (NED).  The Assistant Video Assistant Referee 2 will be Bastian DANKERT (GER) and the Assistant Video Assistant Referee 3 will be Felix ZWAYER (GER)
