Borussia Dortmund achieved victory in the UEFA Champions League, League Phase, Matchday 2 on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. They were close to losing a two-goal lead for the second consecutive Champions League match but steadied themselves to claim a 4-1 win over Athletic Bilbao.
