The Italian Football Association (FIGC) informs that Italy midfielder Leonardo Spinazzola was Italy’s MVP from the UEFA Euro 2020 Quarterfinals Belgium 1 – 2 Italy. Spinazzola, 28-year-old, received 37.45% of the votes on the fan poll on the FIGC website, ahead of Lorenzo Insigne (18.53%) and Gianluigi Donnarumma (17.76%). Sadly, Spinazzola suffered a severe injury and left the pitch on tears. Italy qualified to the Semifinals against Spain on Tuesday July in Wembley.
