MILANELLO – Following the win at Palermo the team were back training at 16.00 on Tuesday.
The week ahead for Milan will see train Wednesday morning then have a match against the youth team on Thursday followed by another morning session on Friday and a final work-out on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s game with Sampdoria.
Jeremy Menez took his total to 16 goals at the weekend and only Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored more when he netted 28 goals in the 2011-12 campaign. Mario Balotelli scored in 14 in 2010-11. Jeremy has nine more games to see if he can catch Ibra. Other players who have hit the mid-teens include Stefan El Shaarawy who scored 16, Pato and Robinho 14 while Marco Borriello netted 14 and Ronaldinho 12 in the same season Pato also scored 12.
