MILAN - Carlos Bacca arrived at Milan Malpensa Airport on Sunday to be greeted by fans and journalists. The Colombian forward then posed for photos, signed autographs before speaking to the Milan Channel and other gathered journalists about his emotions on joining the rossoneri:
"I am happy and proud to be here to play with players of the highest level. We will do our best for Milan. I want to score a lot of goals for Milan and take Milan back to the top. The first objective is to qualify for the Champions League and get back fighting again for the Scudetto. I chose Milan for their ambitious project and because they are a great club, the biggest club in Italy, and I’ve always had the ambition of playing at a club like Milan. I had the number 70 shirt in Colombia and in Belgium and I did well. I wasn’t able to have it in Spain, but now I have the chance to wear it again. It would be brilliant to play with players of the highest calibre such as Ibra. Zapata has spoken very well to me about Milan. I can say to the fans that I will always give my all for this shirt and I will give 100% to achieve the objectives that we have set ourselves."
