Primavera: SASSUOLO-MILAN 1-0
It was a first away defeat in the league for the youth team on the artificial pitch at Sassuolo. A debatable penalty settled the match and Milan were down to ten men for most of the match. However, Cristian Brocchi’s team remain second in the league.
A second consecutive draw for Stefano Nava’s side. Casiraghi scored a hat-trick on 9', 63' and 73' and De Santis on 90'.
Allievi Nazionali: MILAN-CITTADELLA 3-2
Third win in a row for the Allievi Nazionali. The goals came from La Ferrara, Agnero and Zanellato.
Allievi Lega Pro: MILAN-RENATE 0-2
After three draws came a defeat in what has not been a positive season so far.
Giovanissimi Nazionali: NO MATCH
The team will be back in action against Renate on December 14. 
Giovanissimi Regionali 2001: COMO-MILAN 1-2
A fourth  positive result for the Giovanissimi Regionali 2001 with De Palo and Navoni scoring.
Giovanissimi Regionali 2002: FERALPISALO'-MILAN 2-8
The Giovanissimi 2002 consolidated second place, with Luscietti scoring a hat-trick and the other goals came from Giosuè, Cretti, Pio Loco, Finiguerra and Palmieri.
