MILAN – The 1st of July marks the start of the 2015-16 season and is one in which Milan, with big ambitions, will be competing in Serie A and the TIM Cup.Here is a full list of the teams taking part in this season’s Serie A: Atalanta, Bologna, Carpi, Chievo, Empoli, Fiorentina, Frosinone, Genoa, Inter, Juventus, Lazio, Milan, Napoli, Palermo, Roma, Sampdoria, Sassuolo, Torino, Udinese, Verona.The dates to mark down in your diary are as follows: the start of the Serie A season begins on the weekend of the 22-23 August 2015. The mid-week rounds will be taking place on: Wednesday September 23, Wednesday October 28, Wednesday January 6, Wednesday February 3 and Wednesday April 20.There will be a break in the Serie A season on: Sunday September 6, Sunday October 11, Sunday November 15, Sunday December 27 and Sunday January 3, Sunday March 27. The final round of the Serie A season will be on May 15, 2016.As for the TIM Cup, the dates are as follows:First Round: Sunday August 2, 2015.Second Round: Sunday August 9, 2015.Third Round: Saturday August 15, 2015.Fourth Round: Wednesday December 2, 2015.Last-16: Wednesday December 16, 2015.Quarter-Finals: Wednesday January 20, 2016.Semi-Final (first-leg): Wednesday February 10, 2016.Semi-Final (second-leg): Wednesday March 2, 2016.Final: Date yet to be decided.
