MILANELLO – Friday’s training session began after the President had concluded his visit to the Milanello Training Centre.After a warm-up, the players got down to work and focused right away on tactics. This involved the players running through a possession exercise on a reduced size pitch, 11 v 11 and with one player switching between the side with the ball.Following the tactical phase of the training session, the players played a practice match over half a pitch with goalkeepers. Torres, Mexes and Mastalli all found the back of the net during the match.Alex and Abate worked on their personalised training programmes.On Saturday, Filippo Inzaghi will speak exclusively to the Milan Channel at 12.45 before holding his pre-match press conference shortly after. The final training session ahead of Sunday’s match with Palermo is scheduled for 15.30.
