MILANELLO – President Silvio Berlusconi arrived at Milanello at 13.30 and was met by Filippo Inzaghi and Adriano Galliani.
Immediately after lunch he met the players one by one to thank them for winning the Luigi Berlusconi Trophy. He said: “Thank you for the 2-0 win the other evening as the Cup was dedicated to the memory of my father. We won against the team that won the Cup Libertadores and will play the Club World Cup and is the strongest in South America.”

The president then chatted to the squad in general and then spoke to Inzaghi and his staff before leaving the training centre at 15.30.
