MILAN- The post-match reaction after Milan’s 3-1 victory over Parma at the San Siro on Sunday night. 
FILIPPO INZAGHI (to the Milan Channel)"I knew it was going to be a tricky match, but we had to take risks. I played with 4 forwards. We couldn’t envisage changing so many players without struggling occasionally. There are certain players that when they have the ball, you feel confident. Today for example we were missing these type of players. Zaccardo was applauded by his team-mates afterwards in the changing rooms and he deserved it. He has always trained well, he wants the best for the club and his coach. Cerci and Honda did well. Playing a 4-4-2 is not easy, I asked both of them for lots of sacrifice, they had to come back in defence. I switched Cerci’s position on the flank and he went back to being himself. I have 2 playing systems that are perfect for us. A 4-2-4 can bring us success and taking a risk today it paid off. Destro has a good spirit and worked hard. It’s a shame we lose him through suspension against Juventus. I hope to have Bonaventura, Montolivo and De Jong back. We lost Abate yesterday, let’s hope for not too long. Bonera might come back. Let’s hope they recover quickly. We have to build from this match, the return of players from the treatment room and from the new signings. I thank the President for this, and he has given me players who run hard, who are young, who are hungry and Italian. It’s now down to us to do well in the coming matches." 
CRISTIAN ZACCARDO "We wrapped up the win in the second-half. We were a bit slow in the first-half and not very decisive. But then Menez broke the deadlock. We are happy to have won and I am also happy about my goal. I have endured 6 difficult months and I am pleased to have showed what I can do and to have played. Professionalism is what counts, it’s the basis of our job. I thank the fans and I will remember this day. A brace? One goal is fine! They told me I was half a metre off-side. Paletta is a good player, I’ve played with him and he’s a top professional. I would be happy if he joined us, I would welcome him. I will try and give my best and my all. Monday is the final day of the transfer window but I think that I will stay."  
ALESSIO CERCI"There is still room for improvement. I am close to finding my peak fitness, but I can still improve by 20%. I just need to work, in Madrid I didn’t play much and I missed out on pre-season over the summer. We all know that physical fitness is important. I hope that something important can be created between me and the fans, I like to entertain the fans. With Torino I was able to make the fans dream, I hope I can do that here. Matches like these ones give you confidence. I know I have to improve, day by day I am growing and I am on the right path. It was important to restore winning ways, I saw a Milan side that is improving and that is what counts. I struggled a bit on the left and the coach was good in understanding this. When he moved me to the right things improved. The squad reacted well when Parma equalised, we tried to win the match at all costs and to improve the situation in the league table. Destro is an excellent centre-forward, he’s just arrived and we will perfect the tactical aspects and movements in the coming months. We are stronger with his arrival. Against Juventus we have to play an open game, we’re taking on the league leaders, the strongest team in Italy. We will have our chances."  
DIEGO LOPEZ"Today was an important match for us. We had to get back to winning ways and we were able to do that by working very well. The match against Juventus will be brilliant, against the best side in Italy right now. We are going there to play for the win. We can try and win it. I was lucky against Nocerino. The ball was close to me and I have to say that I was lucky."  
FILIPPO INZAGHI (press conference)"I knew it would have been a hard match, we’re missing a lot of players right now. It’s difficult what we’re going through at the moment, not only in terms of the results but also in terms of the injuries. The players gave everything, I hope it is the turning point. We must work on our playing style, but with the players coming back from injury, we will do well. I thank the club for the new additions, they are players that I wanted. I don’t feel the need to ask for more to the President, he has already given me what I wanted. I have told the players that the Milan fans want to see players that give everything. Zaccardo played for the first time in a long time and gave his all. The fans want to see Milan play better, with the new signings things will improve. Honda can play on both flanks. I have to give confidence to the team. Today it was important to win."
