MILANELLO – On Monday afternoon, the players ran through a final training session ahead of the TIM Cup quarter final against Lazio. Click here for more information.The training session on Monday started out on the central pitch with a warm-up which included some fitness drills and stretching. This was then followed by an intense phase of the session focused on tactics ahead of the match against the biancocelesti.Monday’s training session came to an end with a 15 minute practice match.Individuals: Nigel De Jong started the session on the raised pitch by doing some fitness work with the ball but then joined up with the rest of his team-mates for the tactical phase of the session.
