INTERNATIONAL CALL-UPS

MILAN – Serie A will now take its second break of the season for the international matches and there are a total of 6 Milan players that have been called-up to their respective national sides.Italy’s head coach Antonio Conte has named 2 Milan players in his squad for the Euro 2016 qualifiers. They are: Mattia De Sciglio and Andrea Poli. Italy’s first fixture is on the 10th of October in Palermo against Azerbaijan and the second on the 13th of October against Malta. Giacomo Bonaventura was called up to the initial squad, but then had to pull out because of a thigh injury. The other players that are set to go away on international duty are:HOLLAND: Nigel De Jong COLOMBIA: Cristian Zapata and Pablo ArmeroJAPAN: Keisuke Honda Holland take on Kazakhstan on the 10th of October and then Iceland on the 13th of October. Japan face Jamaica in a friendly on the 10th of October and then Brazil on the 14th of October.Finally, Colombia take on El Salvador and Canada in friendly matches on the 10th and 14th of October respectively.
