MILAN – Milan resumed training on Tuesday afternoon at Milanello after 2 days of rest. 
Individuals: after his run in the morning, Sulley Muntari worked on his personalised training programme in the gym in the afternoon along with Alex and Abate. 
The rest of the squad meanwhile trained on the covered pitch. The session began with some exercises for the lower limbs and flexibility exercises. This was followed by another series of exercises before the squad got done to serious work and the players conducted running drills and sprints divided into groups of 5. 
The goalkeepers trained apart with the goalkeeping coach and did goalkeeping drills. 
CEO Adriano Galliani had lunch with Filippo Inzaghi and his coaching staff before the session began. Galliani left Milanello just after 15.00. 
The players will run through a double training session on Wednesday at Milanello: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
