FITNESS AT MILANELLO

MILANELLO – The players have taken part in the first of two training sessions scheduled for Tuesday. The morning session was centred on fitness work with running drills, shuttle-runs, sprints and jogging.Individuals: after the morning training session, Keisuke Honda and Sulley Muntari stayed outdoors and did extra jogging around the central pitch.The goalkeepers worked on the raised pitch with the goalkeeping coach.
