MILANELLO – President Silvio Berlusconi will visit Milanello today ahead of the final training session before the team leaves for Turin. Coach Filippo Inzaghi will hold his press conference in the afternoon.
The rossoneri trained on Thursday morning as they continued with their preparations ahead of this Saturday’s Serie A clash away to Torino. Click here for a preview.
The players headed out onto the central pitch at 11.50 and started the session with a warm-up which included a jog and exercises for the upper and lower limbs on the move. The players then did some stretching. The session continued with running drills and passing drills before the players focused on tactics across a full size pitch.
Philippe Mexes took part in the entire training session with the rest of his team-mates.
Mattia De Sciglio and Riccardo Montolivo worked on their personalised training programmes in the gym.
The goalkeepers worked on specific goalkeeping drills.
The players will train once again on Friday and the training session at Milanello is scheduled for 15.00.
