The Italian defender took part in the entire session on Friday.
MILANELLO – The rossoneri trained on Friday morning and continued with preparations ahead of Sunday’s Serie A match at home to Torino at 20.45.
The squad headed out to the lower pitch at 11.30 and started the session with a warm-up with running, upper and lower body exercises and stretching.
Following that, the ball was introduced into the training session and the players worked on a tactical drill at one end of the pitch before continuing to work on tactics but across a full size pitch.
Individuals: Ignazio Abate took part in the entire training session with the rest of his team-mates. Antonelli and Bonera worked on their personalised training programmes in the gym. Bonaventura, Suso and Menez trained apart on the central pitch.
On Saturday, the squad’s final pre-Torino training begins at 16.30 at Milanello.
