Italian Soccer Serie A
The Thirty-second of the Italian Cup kicks off on Friday 13 August 2021 with the match between Pordenone and Spezia. The new formula seeing on the pitch of 12 Serie A TIM teams from this round. The remaining eight will enter the scene starting from the Round of 16.
Today, in addition to Pordenone-Spezia, Genoa-Perugia, Udinese-Ascoli and Fiorentina-Cosenza will take the field.
On Saturday 14 August, it will be the turn of Benevento-Spal, Cittadella-Monza, Hellas Verona-Catanzaro and Cagliari-Pisa.
On Sunday 15 August they will play Empoli-Vicenza, Parma-Lecce, Venice-Frosinone and Turin-Cremonese.
The Thirty-second will end on Monday 16 August with the Crotone-Brescia, Bologna-Ternana, Salernitana-Reggina and Sampdoria-Alessandria matches.
There will be 4 Serie A TIM coaches who will make their official debut on the bench with their respective teams: Thiago Motta (Spezia), Vincenzo Italiano (Fiorentina), Eusebio Di Francesco (Hellas Verona) and Ivan Juric (Torino), as well as to Aurelio Andreazzoli who returns to sit on the Empoli bench.
