Mission accomplished! Italy needed to win against Netherlands, and they did! Italy winning the UEFA Nations League Group stage – Group 1, Matchday 2 defeating Netherlands on Monday 7 September 2020 at the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam. Italy draw Matchday 1 against Bosnia and Herzegovina grabbing only 1 point. Bad news is Nicolò Zaniolo injuring again and replaced in the 42nd minute by Moise Kean following a collision with Manchester United Donny van de Beek.
The good news is that with this win, Italy climbed to the first position with 4 points leading the group.
