👉🏆    Fiorentina won the UEFA Europa Conference League Matchday 5 on Thursday 30 November 2023 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy. Fiorentina managed to make a winning comeback, leaving the Franchi with three very important points which are worth automatic qualification to the Round of 16. After Genk’s initial lead with Kayembe, Fiorentina reacted with a goal by Lucas Martinez Quarta and then a late penalty from Nico Gonzalez gave the Italian team a fundamental victory for the future in this competition.

In the next round, Fiorentina will play against Ferencvaros, while Genk will face Cukaricki.

Genk opened the score in the 45th minute. Joris Kayembe defeated Fiorentina goalkeeper Oliver Christensen with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Christopher Bonsu Baah.
