✅ We have a thriller round!  Yes, my friends, the battle for the leadership gaining momentum with the Milan Derby.   Inter crushed AC Milan with a 0-3 claiming the bragging rights to rule in Milan and reassuring the 1st position reaching 53 points.  It is a painful home defeat for AC Milan remaining with 49 points in the 2nd position after leading the Serie A for 21 rounds.  Inter with a strong statement is now the sole leader having a +4 points over Milan.

Cagliari failing the objective to win the Serie A Week 23 game defeated by Torino on Friday 19 February 2021 at the Sardegna Arena in Cagliari, Italy.  The victory  helps Torino to dream with salvation.  It is a precious victory because it is also the first win for Torino Coach Davide Nicola.  Torino reaching 20 points while Cagliari remain in the relegation zone with 15 points.

Fiorentina crushed Spezia with a 3-0 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium.  Spezia forgot the winning mood after defeating last week AC Milan causing them to lose the leadership.   A positive result for Fiorentina after losing last week against Sampdoria.  Fiorentina reaching 25 points and now have a +1 point advantage over Spezia with 24 points.

Chaos for Napoli falling at the Gewiss Stadium.  Atalanta defeating Napoli with a 4-2.   Napoli not only losing the game, but also losing the 6th position stepping down to the 7th.

Benevento and AS Roma ended with a goalless draw.  It is a draw with a sense of victory for Benevento avoiding to fall at home.  Roma failed to win the away game despite having a better team.   Roma with 44 points are -5 points below Milan.

Good news is for Lazio defeating Sampdoria with  a 1-0 at the Olimpico Stadium.   Sampdoria down to the 10th position with 30 points while Lazio reached 43 points in the 6th position same points with Atalanta in the 5th position.  This is a precious home victory for Lazio Coach Simone Inzaghi celebrating his 100th win in Serie A. Lazio with this added boost will prepare for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 First Leg on Tuesday 23 against Bayern Munich.  Lazio are now in the 6th position with

Parma and Udinese with a 2-2 draw.   The draw not helping much.  Parma remain in the relegation zone with 14 points in the 19th position.  Udinese reaching 25 points in the 13th position.  There are 4 teams in this round with 25 points:  Bologna, Fiorentina, Benevento and Udinese.

Genoa and Hellas Verona ending with a 2-2 draw sharing 1 point each.

Juventus crushed Crotone with a 3 – 0 at the Allianz Stadium.  Forward Cristiano Ronaldo scoring two goals reaching 18 goals to be the sole top scorer of the Serie A.  Juventus reaching 45 points to be in the 3rd position being -4 points below AC Milan and -1 point above Roma with 44 points.  Crotone sinking and sinking not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.  The race for salvation to remain in the Serie A is just a cry out loud.
