Italian Soccer Serie A

Hello, my friends. Here are the 2019-2020 Serie A Week 26 PREVIEW / Twenty-sixth Round on Saturday 29 February, Sunday 1, and Monday 2 March 2020.  This will be a surrealistic round.

The Lega Serie A confirmed the decisions taken by the Council of Ministers on playing 5 of the Serie A Week 26 behind closed doors.    The Minister of Sports Vincenzo Spadafora has confirmed the measure especially in the areas affected by the Coronavirus.  These are the games:

  • Udinese vs Fiorentina (Saturday 29 March 2020)
  • AC Milan vs Genoa (Sunday 1 March 2020)
  • Parma vs SPAL (Sunday 1 March 2020)
  • Sassuolo vs Brescia (Sunday 1 March 2020)
  • Juventus vs Inter (Sunday 1 March 2020)

👉 Up to Serie A Week 25: There is a three-way race between Juventus (60), Lazio (59), and Inter (54).

We might see a change in the leadership.  For the moment, Juventus is the sole leader reaching 60 points after defeating SPAL with a 2-1.  However, Lazio following closely with 59 points and is only -1 point below Juventus.  We cannot rule out Inter because they have a pending game to recover.  The big clash is Juventus vs Inter and if Juventus  defeat Inter, then, hello, hello, hello, the race for the Scudetto will become a two-way race between Juventus and Lazio.

⚽️ Serie A Top Scorer up to Week 25:
Lazio forward Ciro Immobile with 26 goals
