Hello my friends! Here are the Serie A Week 4 Results played on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September 2017. The Serie A Table commanded by three teams winning their 4 games reaching 12 points each: Juventus, Inter, and Napoli.

It is Napoli to take the first position for goal difference having +13 goals compared to Juventus also with 12 points but with only +10 goal difference.

Four teams having 4 points:   Atalanta, Chievo Verona, Bologna, and SPAL

Benevento is the only team without winning a game this season and losing their 4 games.

The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated Referee Maurizio Mariani from the section of Aprilia to direct the Serie A Week 4 game Chievo Verona vs Atalanta on Sunday 17 September 2017 at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium in Verona, Italy at 18:00.

Referee Mariani will be assisted by Lorenzo Gori from the section of Arezzo and Marco Zappatore from the section of Taranto.  The fourth official will be Niccolò Baroni. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) will be Fabrizio Pasqua and the assistant VAR will be Riccardo Ros.

Hello my friends! Here are the Serie A Week 3 Results played on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September 2017.    The Serie A Table reshaping and we have only 3 teams winning their first three games sharing 9 points each:  Juventus, Napoli and Inter.

Juventus defeating Chievo Verona with a 3-0 reaches 9 points and a positive goal difference of +7 to keep the first position.

The match Sampdoria vs AS Roma was postponed due to an orange alert.   The recovery date will be announced later.

A super game for Lazio at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium defeating AC Milan with a smacking 4-1.  A brilliant match for Lazio forward Ciro Immobile scoring 3 goals, his first hat-trick with Lazio.   Immobile has scored 4 goals this season and is battling to be among the top scorers.

Bologna suffering a major blow losing their home game at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium.   Napoli defeating Bologna with 0-3.

Inter defeated SPAL with a 2-0 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.

Fiorentina humiliated Hellas Verona at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium with a 0-5 result!!!!!    Verona going down to the 19th position while Fiorentina jumped to the 11th position winning their first game this season.

The top scorer of the Serie A Up to Week 3: Inter forward Mauro Icardi and Juventus forward Paulo Dybala with 5 goals each.

The 2017-2018 Serie A coach salaries, as released by the Italian newspaper “La Gazzetta dello Sport,” indicates that the highest paid is Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri with 7 millions euros and his contract expires in 2020. The second highest paid is Inter Coach Luciano Spalletti with 4 millions and his contract expiring in 2019. The third highest paid is AC Milan Coach Vincenzo Montella with 3 millions and his contract expiring in 2019.      The lowest paid is Hellas Verona Coach Fabio Pecchia with 250,000 euros a year.

Mission accomplished for Inter with a perfect start of the season. Inter winning their first 3 games to collect 9 points and stating their firm objective to win the Scudetto. Inter defeating newly promoted SPAL from Serie B with a 2-0 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.

The good moment for Argentinian forward Mauro Icardi converting a penalty in the 27th minute. Referee Gavillucci giving a penalty to Inter conceded by SPAL defender Francesco Vicari after a foul on Inter João Mário inside the penalty area. Icardi converts the penalty defeating SPAL goalkeeper Alfred Gomis with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. It’s the 5th goal of the season by Icardi.
