Italian Soccer Serie A

Hello, my friends. Here are the 2019-2020 Serie A Week 28 RESULTS / Twenty-eighth Round on Friday 26, Saturday 27, and Sunday 28 June 2020.

👉 Up to Serie A Week 28: There is a three-way race between Juventus (69), Lazio (65), and Inter (61).

The Serie A leadership remains the same.  Juventus crushing Lecce with a poker at the Allianz Stadium with a 4-0.  Juventus remain the sole leader with 69 points having a +4 points lead over Lazio in the second position with 65 points.

⚽️ Serie A Top Scorer up to Week 28:
Lazio forward Ciro Immobile with 28 goals

Serie A tickets

Parma suffering a terrible home defeat at the Ennio Tardini Stadium.  Parma had the lead only to lose the game in the last 6 minutes.   Inter equalized in the 84th minute and the winner goal in the 87th minute.  The game ending Parma 1 – 2 Inter.  Inter overturned the result making a comeback to claim all 3 points with this important away victory.  Inter reaching 61 points remain in the third position being -8 points below Juventus with 69 points in the first position and -4 points below Lazio with 65 points in the second position.

Napoli continuing to live a bright moment since winning the Coppa Italia Final.  Napoli defeating SPAL with a 3-1 at the San Siro Stadium.  It is an important victory for Napoli because it is the fifth consecutive Serie A win!  Problem is for SPAL sinking from the 19th to the 20th position and their chances for salvation is dimmed.

AC Milan with a home victory at the San Siro Stadium defeated AS Roma with a 2-0.   AC Milan reaching 42 points are now in the 8th position while AS Roma remaining with 48 points in the 5th position.

Torino suffering an away defeat at the Sardegna Arena.  Cagliari claiming the full 3 points giving a joy to the fans.  Cagliari 4 – 2 Torino.

Sassuolo failing to win the home game at the Mapei Stadium.  Sassuolo reaching points are in the 12th position.  Hellas Verona reaching 39 points are in the 9th position.  We might say Sassuolo got a good result considering they were down 1-3 and managed to get a 3-3 draw.

Good news is for Brescia dreaming with salvation.  The 2 – 2 draw against Genoa gave Brescia a ray of hope gaining 1 point.  It is a valuable point because Brescia jumped from the 20th to the 19th position.
