Genoa failing to win the Serie A Week 12 game against AC Milan on Wednesday 16 December 2020 at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.  The game ended with a draw after Genoa taking the lead twice to see AC Milan making a comeback to claim a draw.  Genoa remain in the relegation zone with only 7 points compared to AC Milan in the 1st position with 28points.  This draw is an upset for AC Milan to keep a wide margin over Inter following closely in the second position.

The winner in this round we might say is Inter closing the gap with AC Milan  +1 point above Inter with 27 points after defeating Napoli.  Inter grabbed the victory at the Meazza Stadium thanks to the penalty converted by forward Romelu Lukaku for the 1-0. A sour defeat for Napoli.  The game went all wrong for Napoli starting from the 16th minute when forward Dries Mertens went off injured.  Making matters worst, Napoli remained with 10 players since the 72nd minute when forward Lorenzo Insigne got a red card.

A flop is for Juventus ending the game against Atalana with a 1-1 draw losing 2 precious points and stepping down to the 4th position. Cristiano Ronaldo could have score a winner goal but failed to convert his penalty saved by goalkeeper Gollini.

The Inzaghi Derby between brothers Filippo and Simone facing against each other in this duel ending the Serie A Week 12 with a draw on Tuesday 15 December 2020 at the Ciro Vigorito Stadium in Benevento. This is the first time the Inzaghi brothers are dueling in the Serie A since the promotion of Benevento from the Serie B. I must say that I am satisfied to see this draw between the brothers who can gather for Christmas to enjoy a big piece of Panettone. Benevento Captain Pasquale Schiattarella equalized for Benevento and also a sour note getting a red card in the 92nd minute. Sweet and sour…

Udinese failing to win the Serie A Week 12 game against Crotone on Tuesday 15 December 2020 at the Dacia Arena in Udine. The game ended with a goalless draw and is more like a victory for Crotone considering they are in the 20th position and traveling all the way to Udine. The upset is for Udinese unable to win the home game. A ray of hope for Crotone to climb the Serie A Standing.

Torino remaining with 10 players since the 14th minute with Wilfried Stephane Singo getting a second yellow card. AS Roma taking the lead in the 27th minute. Roma grabbing this home victory to climb from the 6th to the 4th position with 24 points just like Juventus.
