Palermo – Sassuolo 
The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated Referee Luca Pairetto from the section of Nichelino to direct the Serie A Week 1 game, Palermo vs Sassuolo on Sunday 21 August 2016 at the Renzo Barbera Stadium in Palermo, Italy at 20:45. Pairetto will be assisted by Liberatore from the section of Terramo and Vivenzi from the secion of Brescia. The fourth official will be Giallatini from the section of Roma 2. The additional referees are Valeri and Sacchi.
