Inter crushed Salernitana in grand style at the Arechi Stadium. Lautaro Martinez is the first player in the history of Serie A to score four goals coming off the bench. Salernitana stepped down to the 19th position with only 3 points.

Fiorentina with a sprint race to climb to the top 5 positions beat Cagliari. It is the fifth victory in Serie A for Vincenzo Italiano’s Fiorentina joining Napoli and Juventus in provisional 3rd place in the standings with 14 points. Nicolás González, Dossena (own goal) and M’Bala Nzola scored decisive goals. Cagliari, on the other hand, reached their third knockout. consecutive (fifth in the championship), remaining at the bottom of the standings with only two points achieved so far.

Monza won the Serie A Week 7 game on Monday 2 October 2023 at the Mapei Stadium in Sassuolo, Italy. After the victories against Juventus and Inter, Sassuolo failed to achieved a third win. Monza joined Sassuolo in the standings on 9 points. Monza managed to bring home the victory thanks to Lorenzo Colombo’s goal in the second half.
