Hello my friends. Here are the Serie A Week 6 Results – Roundup, Sixth Round on Saturday 24, Sunday 25, and Monday 26 September September 2016.
Juventus continuing as the sole leader of the Serie A after defeating Palermo at the Renzo Barbera Stadium thanks o the own goal by …. Juventus reaching 15 points with positive goal difference of +8. However, the race is still open and for the moment it seems a two-way race. Napoli following in the second position with 14 points and a positive goal difference of + 9. Chance for next round to overturn the leadership is high.
There are 5 teams ending with 10 points in this round: AS Roma, Lazio, AC Milan,Chievo Verona, and Bologna.
Highlight in the 6th round includes AS Roma forward Francesco Totti scoring his 250th goal in Serie A after converting a penalty against Torino. Yet, the penalty was not enough as Torino defeated Roma with a 3-1.
Tough situation is for Crotone remaining the only team still without a victory this season and staying in the bottom 20th position.
The top scorer of the Serie A: Inter forward Mauro Icardi with 6 goals

Cagliari winning their second game this season. A victory helping them to avoid falling down in the relegation zone. It’s a tough defeat for Sampdoria going down from thee 15th to the 17th position while Cagliari going up from the 17th to the 13th position.
It’s Cagliari to open the score in the 37th minute. Midfielder João Pedro scoring his first goal of the season defeating Sampdoria goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano with a right footed shot in the center. The assist is by midfielder Simone Padoin.
Sampdoria equalizing the score in the 86th minute with Bruno Fernandes defeating Cagliari goalkeeper with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The assist is by Karol Linetty.
Say no more, just when the draw was almost a done deal, bam! A total thriller… Cagliari taking the lead again in the 88th minute. This time is Federico Melchiorri to smack a left footed in the center to secure the victory. A much needed victory to claim those 3 golden points.
