Czech Republic win the UEFA Euro 2020 Group D match against Scotland on Monday 14 June 2021 at the Hampden Park in Glasgow.  A sour defeat for Scotland on their first major tournament in 23 years since their appearance at the 1998 World Cup  and missing five European Championships and five World Cups.   The hero for Czech Republic is Patrik Schick scoring a brace.  On Matchday 2, on Friday 18, Scotland will face England at Wembley and Czech Republic will face Croatia at Hampden Park.

Slovakia win the UEFA Euro 2020 Group E match against Poland on Monday 14 June 2021 at the Saint Petersbug Stadium in Russia.   Poland remaining with 10 players since the 62nd minute after Grzegorz Krychowiak got a red card. The winner goal for Slovakia is scored by Inter defender Milan Skriniar in the 69th minute.   On Matchday 2, Friday 18 June, Slovakia will face Sweden in Russia and Poland on Saturday 19 June will face Spain.   On a bad note, the own goal for Slovakia was scored by Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
