The National Committee of the Italian Referee Association (AIA) has confirmed the 2021-22 Serie A Match Officials with the promotions of referees and assistants to CAN C and observers to CON Professionals. The president of the Italian Referee Association (AIA) is Alfredo Trentalange.   Gianluca Rocchi of the section of Firenze appointed on July 3, 2021 as the new designator of Serie A and Serie B referees replacing Nicola Rizzoli.   Rocchi retired at the age of 46 refereeing his last game on 1 August 2020, Juventus vs A Roma.  Vice Refereeing designators are Andrea Gervasoni, Elenito Di Liberatore and Lorenzo Manganelli.

Spain win the UEFA Euro 2020 Group E Matchday 3 against Slovakia on Wednesday 23 June 2021 at the La Cartuja Stadium in Seville, Spain. Spain qualifying to the Round of 16 as second in Group E.  Highlights of the match, the 7th own goal of EURO 2020 and the 3rd by a goalkeeper. Dubravka with a volley attempted smash over the bar sending the ball to his own net.  Spain humiliated Slovakia with a mega goleada!!!

Spain had the chance to take the lead in the 12th minute. Slovakia goalkeeper Martin Dubravka saved the penalty diving correctly and parries the ball away. . Álvaro Morata failing to convert the penalty seeing his right footed shot saved in the bottom left corner. The penalty is conceded by Jakub Hromada.

Spain scoring for the 2-0 in the 45th minute just before ending the first half. It is Aymeric Laporte to score from very close range with a headed shot to the top right corner. The assist is by Gerard Moreno with a cross following a corner conceded by Milan Skriniar. This is the first goal by Laporte for Spain…. celebration!

Slovakia conceding another goal and Spain with a 3-0 in the 56th minute with the goal by Pablo Sarabia.

A poker for Spain! Chaos for Slovakia. Ferran Torres scoring from very close range with a right footed shot to the center. The assist is by Pablo Sarabia following a corner conceded by Tomas Hubocan.
