Yes, you are reading right. The news came on Monday because Napoli lost the game against AS Roma at the Olimpico Stadium. Napoli following closely in the 2nd position with 73 points and a positive goal difference of +42.
It’s a historic victory for Juventus winning their 5th consecutive Scudetto.
A flop is for Napoli seeing their chance to win the Scudetto and also for Roma gone. The thing is that Napoli might even lose the second position if losing next match.
Another disappointment is for AC Milan losing the match at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium. Verona in the last position of the Serie A and managed to win the game in the agonizing 95th minute crashing Milan’s hope to grab the 3 points.
