Good morning ooops… not really a good Sunday morning my friends! Here are the front pages from Italy main Sports newspapers La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport, and Tutto Sport from Sunday 7 June 2015.
I am just devastated after watching Juventus losing the Champions League Final against Barcelona. My dream to see Captain Gianluigi Buffon lifting the Trophy is gone, shattered, kaput, c’est fini… finito… acabado. I cried watching great “Sleepy Prince and Architect” Andrea Pirlo crying after the game… Oh well, so this morning, no coffee…. I am not in the mood to prepare my big fresh cup of coffee… it’s only plain water.
Let’s share the front pages with a somber look…. I know some Italians “the Anti Juventus” were happy because Juventus lost, but I am not. I always root for Italian teams in international competition. .
Tutto Sport main headline saying Juve, no treble. However, the Bianconeri already prepare for the next one…. Barcelona celebrating their 5th Champions League trophy. I agree with the statement that now Juventus know that this Champions is not forbidden…. they can win it. We will for next time.
Headlines of Corriere dello Sport giving credit to Juventus. Yet the Champions League is for Barcelona Oh well, Ivan Rakitic immediately scoring, Buffon super, Morata equalizes. Juventus show while Barcelona hesitate until the awakening of Lionel Messi. Counter attack and then the goal by Luis Suarez. Neymar scoring the 3-1 in the 96th minute. Yet, the Champions of Italy are to be applauded.
La Gazzetta dello Sport headlines, Juventus heads up despite losing. Juventus went down after 4 minutes with the goal by Ivan Rakitic, then a comeback, protest for a penalty not given to Paul Pogba. Suarez and in extremis Neymar condemn Juventus for the final 3-1.
Transfer market for AC Milan, the new Milan thinking big with young players: Baselli, Romagnoli and Bertolacci for coach Sinisa Mihajlovic. CEO Adriano Galliani still insisting to get back Zlatan Ibrahimovic and meet his agent Raiola.
Transfer market headlines seeing a duel Inter – Roma for the pressing to get midfielders Radja Nainggolan and Juan Cuadrado. The Nerazzurri and Giallorossi are both following the same objective. Your take?

Italy Head Coach Antonio Conte giving a morning rest to the players while having only a an afternoon training session on Thursday 4 June 2014 at the Technical Center of Coverciano.
As reported by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), the Azzurri played an internal match (two halves, each of them lasting 30 minutes) which saw the “yellow” team prevail 4-3 over the “blue” side. The winning team netted through Stephan El Shaarawy, Antonio Candreva and Daniele De Rossi in the first half and then Andrea Ranocchia in the second; the blue team tried to stage a comeback, but Rossettini’s effort and Vazquez’s brace were not enough.
Federico Marchetti, Alessandro Florenzi, Simone Zaza and Soriano were rested, while forward Manolo Gabbiadini trained regularly and also took to the pitch in the test match.
Head coach Conte will announce the call-ups for the European Qualifier against Croatia this Saturday and the Azzurri will meet in Coverciano once again this Sunday. The EURO 2016 qualifier against Croatia will take place in Split on 12th June.

The awaited news… headlines hinting the sacking of AC Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi. Reportedly, the new coach will be Sinisa Mihajlovic who is leaving Sampdoria to lead the Rossoneri.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mihajlovic met with President Silvio Berlusconi and CEO Adriano Galliani yesterday night for dinner. The announcement expected by tomorrow. As for reinforcement, the objectives are Niang and Bertolacci. hum? Do you think Mihajlovic is the right coach to rebuild Milan?

Really? Yep, Blatter leaving under heavy pressure for all the corruption scandals going on with FIFA. Corriere dello Sport referring as “the end of the boss.” It’s just a historic day as almost nobody expected his resignation especially after his re-election for a new term last Friday.
Headlines for AC Milan stating a new turning point regarding the coach. Ancelotti saying no to coach Milan, there is coach Sinisa Mihajlovic. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport headline, Ancelotti saying, “Tough to refuse, but I must rest.” Now, the rossoneri after Mihajlovic overtaking the option of Roberto Donadoni and Vincenzo Montella. Berlusoni has the last word: the meeting by tomorrow. Do you think Mihajlovic is the right coach for Milan or to keep Filippo Inzaghi?
