It is the fifth victory in Serie A for Vincenzo Italiano’s Fiorentina joining Napoli and Juventus in provisional 3rd place in the standings with 14 points. Nicolás González, Dossena (own goal) and M’Bala Nzola scored decisive goals. Cagliari, on the other hand, reached their third knockout. consecutive (fifth in the championship), remaining at the bottom of the standings with only two points achieved so far.
