Italy forward Stephan El Shaarawy living a great moment with the Italian National team following the convincing victory 🇮🇹 Italy 6 – 0 Moldova 🇲🇩 on Wednesday 7 October 2020 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy.

Stephan El Shaarawy  scored a brace as he wore the captain’s armband for the very first time: “Being named captain was amazing, a real reward. It was a special evening. It shows you need to be patient and make sure you’re ready when you get a chance.”

Sassuolo forward Domenico Berardi scored his first goal for the Italian National team during the friendly game 🇮🇹 Italy 6 – 0 Moldova 🇲🇩 on Wednesday 7 October 2020 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy.    Berardi’s goal arriving in the 72nd minute sealing the final result for the 6-0.  Berardi said : “We played really well. I’m happy with the goal. It was important to win for the ranking, we were great. Playing in the Euros is a dream, I hope to make it and I know that a call-up depends on my performances for Sassuolo.”

Sassuolo forward  Francesco Caputo celebrated his debut with the Italian National team  with a big smile after the convincing victory 🇮🇹 Italy 6 – 0 Moldova 🇲🇩 on Wednesday 7 October 2020 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy. Caputo, at 33 years old,  scored his first Italy goal making him the second-oldest debutant after Emiliano Moretti. “My dream became a reality today. Scoring on my Italy debut after such a long wait is amazing. Now I need to try to continue on this road

Italy Head Coach Roberto Mancini giving his compliments to the team and Caputo. “I’m satisified. The boys had fun and the mentality was good. We created a lot of good chances. El Shaarawy is here because he deserves it. Cristante has shown he has the talent. Caputo can be happy with the goal on his debut. They were all great tonight.”
