Inter back at the Meazza on Sunday for Torino

MILAN – Here we go again. Another game and another opportunity to see Inter in action at the Meazza. Torino are the next opponents to visit San Siro and as any football fan knows, there’s nothing quite like cheering on your team from the stands.

If you haven’t got a ticket yet for Inter’s next Serie A match (Sunday 25 January 2015 at 15:00), here’s how you can obtain yours.

Tickets can be bought online at www.inter.it/en/biglietteria or at any of the 500+ Vivaticket sales points in Italy (listed here).

Children up to the age of five can enter the stadium for free (with no seat allocated), providing they are accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. You just need to show an identity document or birth certificate at the stadium gates.

There’s a special offer in Blue first tier: under-10s go for just €10.

From this year, tickets purchased online using the ‘print at home’ option can be saved onto smartphones in order to gain entry to the stadium.

For Inter v Torino, Italian fans who are residents of Piedmont will only be able to purchase and obtain tickets if they possess a Fan Card, which must be shown at the stadium gates.

Away Section: tickets for the away section in Blue third tier are only available to Fan Card holders. They can be purchased from www.vivaticket.it and Vivaticket sales points for €20 plus a pre-sale fee.

See you at San Siro: Forza Inter!

Build-up to Torino clash commences

APPIANO GENTILE – After booking their place in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia with yesterday’s 2-0 success against Sampdoria at the Meazza, the Nerazzurri reassembled at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this morning to switch their focus to the next target: Sunday’s visit of Torino.

The team was split into two groups for this morning’s session, which took place under the watchful eye of vice president Javier Zanetti. The players who were heavily involved in last night’s cup clash went through a warmdown, while the remainder of the squad did possession work, tactical drills and shooting practice before wrapping up with a short match.

Andreolli: “The cup’s an important target for us”

MILAN –  It was another game wearing the captain’s armband at the Meazza and another win for Marco Andreolli, who shared his thoughts on the 2-0 success over Sampdoria after the match.

The 28-year-old said: “The most important thing is we’re through to the next round. We regard the Coppa Italia very highly: it’s an important objective for us.”

Speaking to Inter Channel, he added: “The sending-off did make it a bit easier for us, but we were determined to go through and I think we showed that right from the off. We just needed to get the first goal.

“We tried to do the things the gaffer had told us during the week but we can play better still. Sampdoria sat even more tightly after finding themselves a man down but we bided our time well.

“Now we must push on with what we’re doing without easing up. This is a positive spell for us and winning games always helps.”
