👉 Hello, my friends. Here are the 2023-2024 Italian Serie A Week 18 RESULTS / Eighteenth Round on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 December 2023. This is the last round of 2023 and I wish you all the best for a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024.
The battle for the Scudetto remains a two-way race. The race is very tight between Inter with 45 points and Juventus with 43 points. Inter ended 2023 with a 1-1 draw against Genoa.
Inter stops after four victories in a row. Arnautovic broke the deadlock in the 42nd minute, but Genoa equalized through Dragusin. The match was interrupted in the first half for about eight minutes, smoke bombs lit in the stands.

Bad news is for Napoli struggling to defend their Title as Italy’s Champions. The match between Napoli and Monza ended with a scoreless goal. Monza had the greatest opportunity, with a penalty kick for Pessina saved by goalkeeper Meret. In the end, the two teams leave the pitch with a point on each side, but with a completely different taste: sweet for Monza, bitter for the Neapolitans.
Fiorentina beat Torino 1-0 thanks to a headed goal by Ranieri. Torino is stuck at 24 and now risks losing contact with Lazio, Atalanta, and Roma. Fiorentina rose to 33 points thanks to their tenth victory. The third consecutive 1-0 after those over Verona and Monza. Nothing to be done for Juric’s men who lose the second of their last three away games and now risk seeing the train that takes them to Europe run away.
Salernitana gained momentum and hope for salvation after defeating Hellas Verona. A goal from Tchaouna decided the match between Hellas and Salernitana. The race for salvation is also tight because the differences are small. Salernitana with 12, Empoli with 13, and Cagliari with 14 points. Everything can change in the next 4 games.
