Genoa beat Udinese in the Serie A Week 31 match on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genoa, Italy.  Genoa has moved up to a 15-point cushion above the relegation zone, bringing them closer to their goal of survival after a rough start to the season. Ekuban, after receiving a pass from Freundrup, made a run down the left side. His cross was deflected by Okoye, allowing Zanoli to capitalize on the rebound and score.
