MILANELLO – The Rossoneri held a training session today at midday in preparation for Wednesday’s match at Palermo. The players that started in the 3-0 win over Inter on Sunday night took part in a post-match work-out in the gym. The rest of the squad on the other hand took part in a regular training session on the central pitch at Milanello.
After a warm-up and passing drills, the players were split into two groups for a game in which the ball could not touch the deck. The session came to a close with technical drills with the use of the low hurdles and shooting practice.
As for Palermo, they trained in the morning ahead of the visit of the Rossoneri. The session consisted of fitness drills followed by a series of practice matches. Gaston Brugman took part in the session with the rest of his team-mates.
