✅ Stats before the game: Claudio Ranieri’s Cagliari is instead looking for their first victory in this Serie A, given that so far they have only collected two draws and four defeats, also conceding 9 goals. In the last five matches against Fiorentina, however, the rossoblu have never achieved success, being held twice at 0-0, once at 1-1 and losing 0-3 on the ninth day of the last championship, but also 0-1 in the 17th round of the 2020-21 season. Mister Italiano’s Viola currently occupies 6th place in the standings (11 points) and is back from three useful results in a row, including the 1-1 draw in Frosinone last day. With today’s success, the hosts would equal Napoli and Juventus on 14 points. In addition to achieving the result, the Viola will certainly also want to regain their edge in defence, considering the 10 goals they have already conceded so far in the league compared to the 12 they have scored.
👉 Lineup FIORENTINA (4-2-3-1): Terracciano; Kayode, Milenkovic, Quarta, Parisi; Arthur, Duncan; Nico Gonzalez, Bonaventura, Brekalo; Beltran.
👉 Lineup CAGLIARI (3-5-2): Radunovic; Hatzidiakos, Wieteska, Dossena; Zappa, Nandez, Makoumbou, Deiola, Augello; Shomurodov, Petagna.
