Hello my friends. Here are the 2017-2018 Serie A Week 30 RESULTS for the Thirtieth Round on Saturday 31 March 2018.  We are back from the international break and ready to rock with the games of the Serie A.

Juventus keeping the first position after defeating AC Milan at the Juventus Stadium.   Juventus reaching 78 points and is now +4 points above Napoli having 74 points in the second position after their 1-1 draw against Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium.

A flop for AS Roma failing to win the away game at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium ending with a 1-1 draw.  Roma remaining in the 3rd position with 60 points and it might lose the 3rd position next week because Inter reached 58 points being now only -2 points with 58 points below Roma.

Lazio with a fast run showing total dominion at the Olimpico di Roma crushing the agonizing Benevento with a 6-2.  It’s a nightmare for Benevento not finding the light at the end of the tunnel.  Benevento remaining in the last position of the Serie A with 10 points.   Roma will now travel to Spain on Wednesday 4 April to face Barcelona in the Champions League Quarterfinal first leg.

Inter crushing Hellas Verona with a 3-0 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium boosting the morale of the team.   Inter will look forward to take away the third position from Roma next week.

Hello my friends. Here is the 2017-2018 Serie A Week 30 PREVIEW for the Thirtieth Round on Saturday 31 March 2018 after the International Break.

We might see a change in the leadership.   Juventus is the sole leader of the Serie A with 75 points and a positive goal difference of +52.   The only way Juventus can lose the leadership is to lose the match against AC Milan at the Juventus Stadium.  Here is the situation.  Napoli with73 points is only -2 points below Juventus.   Napoli can take back the first position if they defeat Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium with the combination of Milan defeating Juventus.

There won’t be a change in the 3rd position because Roma with 59 points is +4 points above Inter in the 4th position with 55 points.   The  change might be in the 4th position because if Inter lose the game against Hellas Verona at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, then, Lazio can jump from the 5th to the 4th position if they defeat Benevento at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.

1 Juventus Juventus 75 29 24 3 2 52
2 Napoli Napoli 73 29 23 4 2 44
3 Roma Roma 59 29 18 5 6 26
4 Inter Milan Inter Milan 55 28 15 10 3 26

2017-2018 Serie A Week 28 RESULTS for the Twenty eighth Round on Friday 9, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 March 2018

Hello my friends. Here are the 2017-2018 Serie A Week 28 RESULTS for the Twenty eighth Round on Friday 9, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 March 2018.   All Serie A games started with a minute of silence in memory of Fiorentina Captain Davide Astori last Sunday.

Big news!   We have a turning point in the Serie A leadership.   Napoli who led the Serie A in the first position for 27 games, now losing the first position after the 0-0 draw with Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.   Yep, Unbelievable.  Here is the situation.  A turning point, the new sole leader of the Serie A is JUVENTUS reaching 71 points and a positive goal difference of +50.    Moreover, Juventus and Napoli are still with a pending game!    It’s now an uphill battle again for Napoli to claim back the first position or let Juventus rule.    Napoli step down to the second position with 69 points and a positive goal difference of +43.   The gap is only 2 points and nothing is written “as final.”   Let’s see how it goes in the next round…. whether Juventus keep the leadership or Napoli take it back.
