Serbia won the FIFA World Cup First Stage Group C game on Sunday 17 June, 2018 at the Samara Arena in Samara, Russia.   Serbia  claiming all 3 points while Costa Rica losing the match.

It is Serbia (AS Roma) defender to score the only goal of the game.   Kolarov with a powerful left footed free kick shot sends the ball over the barrier all the way to the top right corner defeating Costa Rica goalkeeper Keylor Navas.

FIFA announcing COSTA RICA vs SERBIA match officials for the FIFA World Cup First Stage Group C game on Sunday 17 June, 2018 at the Samara Arena in Samara, Russia at 16:00 local time. It is Referee Malang Diedhiou from Senegal to direct the game.

Referee Diedhiou will be assisted by ASR 1: Djibril CAMARA (SEN) and  ASR 2: El Hadji SAMBA (SEN).   The fourth official will be Bamlak WEYESA (ETH).  The Res Ass will beTikhon KALUGIN (RUS)
