The UEFA Euro 2020 European football championship  starts on 11 June 2021 with the inaugural match of the Olympic stadium in Rome Turkey-Italy.    The Serie A and Serie B presence will be felt as there are a total of 71 players  called up for the competition by their respective national teams.

Slovakia win the UEFA Euro 2020 Group E match against Poland on Monday 14 June 2021 at the Saint Petersbug Stadium in Russia.   Poland remaining with 10 players since the 62nd minute after Grzegorz Krychowiak got a red card. Poland equalizing for the 1-1 thanks to Torino midfielder Karol Linetty defeating Slovakia goalkeeper Szczesny with a left footed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Maciej Rybus. This is Linetty’s third goal for Poland team.
