The leadership remains the same.  Inter, despite the draw against Napoli, remain the sole leader of the Serie A with 75 points having a +9 lead over AC Milan in the 2nd position with 66 points.   Napoli stopping Inter fast lane not allowing them to claim a victory at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.

The direct Champions League clash just gaining momentum.   Atalanta with an important home victory not only defeated Juventus, but also took over the 3rd position.   Yep,  Atalanta climbed from the 4th position to the 3rd reaching 64 points.   Juventus with a knockout stepped down to the 4th remaining with 62 points.

AC Milan not slowing down and keep the 2nd position reaching 66 points after defeating Genoa in San Siro.   The situation might change next week  because Milan have only +2 points above Atalanta.   The chaos for Milan will be to lose the 2nd position after leading for 20 weeks the first position than losing it…..

The Club of the 30!   Torino, Fiorentina, and Benevento all with 30 points each.   It means they are still not secured.   Salvation  to remain in the Serie A next season is still at risk.  Torino with a big boost to the morale of the team after defeating AS Roma with a 3-1.  Torino climbing from the 17th to the 15th position dreaming with salvation.

Lazio with a thriller defeating Benevento with a 5-3.   The victory keeps Lazio in the 6th position with 58 points.  The problem is for Benevento stepping down from the 16th to the 17th position closer to the relegation zone.

Bologna crushing Spezia at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium with a 4-1.   The victory helps Bologna to remain in the 11th position and dreaming with salvation reaching 37 points.  Spezia remain with 32 points in the 14th position.
