The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated Referee Giovanni Ayroldi from the section of Molfetta to direct the Serie A Week 35 game Inter vs Sampdoria at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan, Italy at 18:00.

Referee Ayroldi will be assisted by Sergio Ranghetti from the section of Chiari and Niccolo Pagliardini from the section of Arezzo.  The fourth official will be Daniele Paterna from the section of Teramo.   The VAR will be Daniele Orsato from the section of Schio and the AVAR will be Filippo Valeriani from the section of Ravenna.

👉 Inter winner of the 2020-2021 Serie A Scudetto with 4 games to spare on Sunday 2 May.  Inter have won the Scudetto 11 years after the 2009-2010 Scudetto. Only between 1939/40 – 1952/53 (13 years) and between 1988/89 – 2005/06 (17 years) they waited more years between 2 top Italian league titles.

Inter win the 2020-2021 Scudetto after defeating Crotone at the Ezio Scida Stadium.  Inter reaching 82 points needed only 1 point to claim the Scudetto waiting for the game Sassuolo vs Atalanta.   Sassuolo making a big favor to Inter after stopping the direct contender Atalanta for Inter ending with a  1-1draw.   Sassuolo gave the indirect push to Inter winning with 4 games to spare the Scudetto on Sunday 2 May 2021.   The bad news is for Crotone because not only they lost against Inter, but also they are mathematically relegated to the Serie B next season.

AC Milan gaining momentum after defeating Benevento at the San Siro Stadium.  Milan with a sprint race in these last games to grab a spot in the Champions League next season.  The defeat seeing Benevento going down to the relegation zone in the 18th position.

Hellas Verona and Spezia ended the game with a 1-1 draw sharing 1 point each.  Spezia still not saved and will have to speed up their training to win the next games.  Technically, Hellas Verona secure a spot in the Serie A next season reaching 41 points.

A major upset for Roma on their quest to climb to the top 6 position after losing against Sampdoria at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.   Roma remain in the 7th position with 55 points and risk going down to the 8th position next week in case of losing.  Sassuolo with 53 points being in the 8th position.  Roma are -9 points below Lazio in the 6th position with 64 points.

Napoli and Cagliari sharing 1 point after the 1-1 draw at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.   Napoli with 67 points in the 5th position are -2 points below AC Milan with 69 points.

Juventus keeping up the race to be among the top 3 teams within the Champions League zone.  Juventus defeated Udinese at the Dacia Arena with a 1-2. Juventus having 69 points.   The club of the 69 points is shared by AC Milan, Atalanta, and Juventus.
