Cristian Brocchi held his very first training session at Milanello

MILAN – The training session for the rossoneri started at 4pm at Milanello.

The players started the session with a run and some exercises over high and low obstacles and with the use of cones. That was followed by a more intense athletic workout with running exercises over different distances  and of varying intensity and then also training drills on passing.

Abate, Alex, Balotelli and Abbiati all worked apart from the squad. Luca Vido was brought up from the Primavera to join the first team.

The session ended with some technical-tactical exercises.
