The Italian Serie A 2024-2025 season kicks off on Saturday, August 17, and wraps up on Sunday, May 25, 2025. This season is branded as the Serie A Enilive and Serie A Made in Italy for sponsorship agreements both locally and internationally. Additionally, this marks the 123rd season of top-level Italian football, the 93rd conducted in a round-robin format, and the 15th since the league was organized under its own governing body, the Lega Serie A. I can hardly contain my excitement!
We are about to start the new season, and all 20 teams are motivated to conquer the Scudetto. Any favorites???
Inter Milan, who hold the championship title, are at the forefront of the competition to win the Serie A title again. Nevertheless, AC Milan, Juventus, and Napoli are intensifying their efforts to become legitimate contenders, as a result, ushering a new era. Therefore, the newly appointed coach for AC Milan is Sérgio Conceição (replaced Paulo Fonseca), while Juventus selected Thiago Motta as their new coach, and Antonio Conte selected as the new coach of Napoli.

As of 2022, Serie A holds the position of the fourth-best league according to the UEFA coefficient.
- The top four teams in Serie A gain direct entry into the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
- The team that finishes in fifth place, along with the winner of the Coppa Italia (if that winner is not among the top five), or the sixth-place team (if the Coppa Italia winner is within the top five), secures a spot in the group stage of the UEFA Europa League.
- Depending on the performance of the Coppa Italia winner in the league, either the sixth or seventh-ranked club will participate in the final qualification round of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
