FIFA.comFIFA and hosts Qatar have jointly developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy with five commitments, including human rights, worker’s welfare, diversity and environmental protection, as well as 22 sustainability-related objectives. Over 100 organisations were consulted in the development process to ensure robust understanding of concerns and opportunities. All critical topics related to the event have been identified and duly addressed in this strategy.

FIFA.comRelive the second-round draw as CAF embarked on the next phase of World Cup qualifying. The draw plotted the course for the 14 first-round winners along with the 26 highest ranked African nations in the FIFA/Coca-Cola ranking (as of December 2019). The 40 teams were drawn into ten groups of four.
