Benevento second day training on Wednesday 19 August 2020 in Seefeld in Tirol ahead of the start of the 2020-2021 Season.

Benevento Coach Filippo Inzaghi had a double training session in the Seefeld training camp.

  • Morning training session: After an activation phase in the gym with core stability and joint mobility, the players moved to the pitch where they carried out tactical exercises, ball possession and the final match.
  • Afternoon training session:   Players engaged in technical warm-up with circuits and tactical exercises with the ball. The session ended with aerobic work.
